The budget Circular No. (21) of the year 2022 for the preparation of the Draft Budget Law and Draft Manpower Bylaw for the Ministries, Government Departments and Units of the fiscal year 2023 has been issued.
Pursuant to this circular, all Ministries, Government Departments and Units are required to prepare and submit to GBD their detailed budgets for the years (2023-2025) within the determined ceilings no later than 23/11/2022.
The drafts' budgets shall include the capital projects of governorates that are adopted by the councils of governorates.
