The Prime Minister Circular no.13m/2019/12576 dated 10/5/2018 has been issued, and pursuant to the circular, all ministries, government departments and units are required submit to GBD their detailed draft budgets for the year 2019 before the beginning of next July and governorates are required also to submit their draft budgets before the mid of August as per the calendar of Budget Preparation in order to prepare the Budget Circular for the fiscal year 2019.
