Dialogue Sessions

The GBD held three dialogue sessions at the department for the service recipients during the period 14-18 /5/2017 in the presence of the Director General and the Department's staff in order to enhance communication frameworks between GBD and service recipients (ministries, government departments and units), and to consolidate values of the transparency, cooperation, participatory, and knowledge of feedback from Department’s clients in line with the requirements of The King Abdullah II Award for Excellence in Government Performance and Transparency. Where the audience propound some notes, queries and proposals aimed for improving the service level provided by the Department.

During these sessions, the Director General responded to some questions and inquiries of service recipients assuring that it will be considering the suggestions which aimed to upgrade the services provided by the Department.
