Circular No.12 of 2017 for the preparation of the Draft General Budget Law, the Government Units’ Budgets Law and the Manpower Bylaw for ministries, government departments and units for the fiscal year 2018 has been issued.
Pursuant to the circular, all ministries, government departments and units are required to prepare and submit to GBD their detailed budgets for the years (2018-2020) within the determined ceilings by 15th October, 2017.
