Financial Order Issued

His Excellency the Minister of Finance, Dr. Suleiman Al-Hafiz, issued the General Financial Order No. (1) for January 2013 for government ministries and departments, requesting them to provide the ministry with financial transfers as per the provisions of Article (6/A) of the Budget Law No. (8) for 2012.  His Excellency also issued the Special Financial Order for government ministries and departments, requesting them to provide the ministry with special financial orders and transfers for capital expenditure items with due liabilities.

In addition, His Excellency issued the Financial Order No. (1) for January 2013 for government units to cover current expenditures and liabilities of capital expenditures only until the Government Units Budget Law for 2013 is approved.
