Circular no.17 of 2015 for the preparation of the draft general budget law, the government units’ budgets law and the manpower by-law for ministries, departments and government units for fiscal year 2016 has been issued.

Pursuant to circular, all ministries, government departments and units are required to prepare and submit to GBD their detailed budgets for the years 2016-2018 within the prescribed ceilings by October 15, 2015.
