The Council of Ministers approved in its session held on Wednesday 28/11/2018 the Draft General Budget Law and Draft of Government Units Budgets Law for the Fiscal Year 2019, the Public Expenditure amounted in the Draft General Budget Law for 2019 (9255) million JDs distributed as (8013) million JDs for Current Expenditure and (1242) Million JDs for the Capital Expenditure.

As for the Public Revenues, they amounted around (8610) Million JDs among which is (8010) Million JDs for the domestic revenues and (600) Million JDs for the foreign grants.

And consequently, the Budget Deficit amounted for 2019 around (646) million JDS or a percentage of (2.0%) of GDP.

As for the Draft Government Units Budgets Law for the fiscal year 2019, the revenues amounted (1388) Million JDs while the Expenditures amounted (1500)million JDs with a net deficit excluding financing of (112) million JDs.

It is worth mentioning that the aforementioned laws were sent to the Parliament to proceed with their constitutional procedures for approval.
