The Minister of Finance Circular dated 4/7/2019 has been issued, and pursuant to the circular, all ministries, government departments and units are required submit to GBD their detailed draft budgets for the year 2020 before the end of July and governorates are required also to submit their draft budgets before the end of August as per the calendar of Budget Preparation in order to prepare the Budget Circular for the fiscal year 2020.
