Financial Order Issued

Due to the issuance of the General Budget Law No. (3) for fiscal year 2016, His Excellency the Minister of Finance issued General Financial Order No. (2) of 2016 to ministries and government departments, which includes allocations balance ministries and government departments are allowed to spend during the first quarter of this year as allocated in the General Budget Law. Also his Excellency issued the Special Financial Order of 2016 to ministries and government departments so that they can submit their special financial requests and transfers of capital expenditures allocated under the General Budget Law.

Due to the issuance of the Government Units Budgets Law No. (4) for fiscal year 2016, His Excellency the Minister of Finance issued General Financial Order No. (2) of 2016 to government units, which includes allocations balance government units are allowed to spend as allocated in the Government Units Budgets Law. Also his Excellency issued the Special Financial Order of 2016 to government units so that they can submit their special financial requests of capital expenditures allocated under the Government Units Budgets Law.
