Financial Order Issued

His Excellency the Minister of Finance, Dr. Mohamad Al-Ississ, issued the general financial order No. (1) for January of 2020 to ministries and government departments, due to the delay in approving the draft general budget law for the year 2020 until after the beginning of the fiscal year and based on the text of Article (113) of the constitution, the spending will be from the budget allocations with monthly financial orders (1/12) from the allocations for the fiscal year 2019 to cover the current expenditures and liabilities resulting from the capital expenditures until issuance of the General Budget Law of 2020, and to submit their requests for financial transfers of the current expenditures line items of January. His Excellency also issued the special financial order for ministries and government departments and to submit their requests for special financial orders and transfers for capital expenditures line items with accrued obligations.

His Excellency also issued the financial order No.(1) for January of 2020 to government units to cover their current expenditures and liabilities resulting from the capital expenditures until the approval of the Government Units' Budgets Law for the Fiscal Year 2020.
