GBD held a ceremony to recognize a number of its private sector suppliers for their excellent performance and their provision of quality goods and services in 2013 that meet the department’s needs and requirements.

The ceremony is in line with GBD’s efforts to ensure effective management of its relations with suppliers and reinforce the highest standards of institutional excellence by enhancing communication channels and adopting the best methodologies to organize and build relation with suppliers.

During the ceremony, which was attended by a large number of local suppliers, GBD stressed the importance of building successful and sustainable partnerships and ensuring transparency and equity in work transactions.
