His Excellency the Director General of GBD, Dr. Mohammad Al-Hazaimeh met on Thursday December 17, 2015 with a number of service recipients in the ministries and government departments and units as part of a series of regular meetings with them. This comes as emphasis on the principle of transparency and the open door policy, which enable service recipients to contact all administrative levels in the Department.

During those meetings service recipients’ notes, comments, suggestions and inquiries were taken into consideration in order to enhance the service level provided by GBD.

The meeting included gaining a better understanding of the difficulties and constraints facing service recipients while their transactions are being processed, in addition to receiving their opinions and suggestions regarding the level of the provided services.
