The official circular No. (15) of 2018 for the preparation of the Draft General Budget Law, the Government Units’ Budgets Law and the Manpower Bylaw for ministries, government departments and units for the fiscal year 2019 has been issued.

Pursuant to this circular, all ministries, government departments and units are required to prepare and submit to GBD their detailed budgets for the years (2019-2021) within the determined ceilings no later than 15th October, 2018. The draft budgets shall include the capital budgets of governorates adopted by the councils of governorates.
