In its session conducted on Thursday March 24, 2011, the Upper House approved the temporary laws of the general budget and its supplements for 2009-2010. The approval came after the Lower House approved the same as follows:
- Temporary Law No. 27 for 2009 (A Supplementary Law of the General Budget Law for 2009)
- Temporary Law No. 30 for 2009 (The General Budget Law for 2010).
- Temporary Law No. 6 for 2010 (A Supplementary Law of the General Budget Law for 2010).
- Temporary Law No. 39 for 2010 (A supplementary Law of the General Budget Law for 2010).
