The Prime Minister issued the preliminary circular for the preparation of the Draft General Budget Law for the fiscal year 2026 and setting initial ceilings for each ministry, department and government unit and final ceilings for the governorates, synchronized with preparing the draft system for the preparation of the Draft Manpower Bylaw of government ministries, departments and units for the fiscal year 2026. Under this circular, all ministries, departments and government units shall prepare their budgets for the years 2026-2028 in detail and provide them to the General Budget Department no later than mid-July, with their budgets’ drafts including capital projects for the governorates that have been approved by the provincial councils
