The Minister of Finance, Dr. Umayyah Toukan, has issued financial order no.4 of 2015 for ministries and government departments. The order includes the allocations approved to be spent during the second quarter as listed in the General Budget Law no.8 of 2015.

His Excellency also issued financial order no.4 of 2015 for government units, which includes the allocations approved to be spent as listed in the Government Units’ Budgets Law no.9 of 2015.

His Excellency issued the special financial order for ministries and government units so that they can submit their special financial requests and transfers of capital expenditures allocated under the General Budget Law no.8 of 2015.
