His Excellency the Minister of Finance, Dr. Ezzedin Kanakriyah, issued the Financial Order No. (2) for the First quarter of 2019 of the Ministries and Government Departments and Units. His Excellency also affirmed what is stipulated in Article (6/A) of the General Budget Law No. (1) for the Fiscal Year 2019 “the spending on allocated appropriations within this law shall be as per general and/or special financial orders and as per monthly financial transfers certified by the Director General of the General Budget Department”.

Also, he emphasized the text of Article (8) of the Government Units’ budgets Law No. (2) for the fiscal year 2019 which stipulates that "Spending from the appropriations allocated under this law shall be made based on public and/or private financial orders".
