His Excellency the Minister of Finance, Mr. Omar Malhas, issued the general Financial Order No.(2) for April 2018 of the Ministries and Government Departments. His Excellency also affirmed what is stipulated in Article (6/A) of the General Budget Law No. (1) for the Fiscal Year 2018 “ the spending on allocated appropriations within this law shall be as per general and/or special financial orders and as per monthly financial transfers certified by the Director General of the General Budget Department”
