His Excellency the Minister of Finance, Dr. Ummaya Toqan, issued the general financial order No. (2) of 2015 for February to ministries and government departments to submit their requests for financial transfers of current expenditure line items of February. His Excellency also issued the special financial order for ministries and government departments to submit their requests for special financial orders and transfers for capital expenditure line items with accrued obligations.

The Finance Minister also issued Financial Order No.(2) of 2015 for February to government units to cover their current expenditures and only the capital expenditure obligations, pending the approval of the Government Units Budgets Law for the Fiscal Year 2015.
