Following the issuance of the General Budget Law No.(5) for the Fiscal Year 2014, His Excellency the Minister of Finance, Dr. Ummaya Toqan, issued the general financial order No. (2) of 2014 to ministries and government departments which stipulates the allocations approved for spending in the first quarter of this year in accordance with the budget law. His Excellency also issued the special financial order of 2014 to ministries and government departments to submit their special financial orders and financial transfer requests for capital expenditures as allocated in the General Budget Law.

Following the issuance of the Government Units Budgets Law No.(6) For the Fiscal year 2014, His Excellency the Minister of Finance issued the financial order No. (2) of 2014 for the Government Units, which stipulates the allocations approved for spending in the law. His Excellency also issued the special financial order of 2014 for government units to submit their special financial orders and financial transfer requests for capital expenditures as allocated in the Government Units Budgets Law.
