The Parliamentary Financial Committee of the House of Representatives concluded its discussion of the Draft General Budget Law and Draft of Government Units Budgets Law for the fiscal year 2019 which continued during the period 5-27/12/2018, whereas it held meetings with the concerned government entities to discuss the budgets of the Ministries and Departments and Government Units in the presence of His Excellency the Acting Director General of the General Budget Department. These meeting reviewed the general policies of these ministries and discussed budgets indicators and then a series of interviews with the concerned ministers and general directors were held to realistically read the figures of the budget. The committee concluded its agenda by preparing its report and raising it to the House of Representatives in order to discuss during its sessions and vote on the Draft General Budget Law and Draft of Government Units Budgets Law for the Fiscal Year 2019 and proceed the constitutional procedures.
