His Excellency the Minister of Finance, Dr. Ezzedin Kanakriyah, issued the Financial Order No.(5) for the fourth quarter of 2019 of the Ministries and Government Departments. His Excellency also affirmed what is stipulated in Article (6/A) of the General Budget Law No. (1) for the Fiscal Year 2019 “ the spending on allocated appropriations within this law shall be as per general and/or special financial orders and as per monthly financial transfers certified by the Director General of the General Budget Department”.
