The official circular No. (18) of 2019 for the preparation of the Draft General Budget Law, the Draft Government Units’ Budgets Law and the Draft Manpower Bylaw for ministries, government departments and units for the fiscal year 2020 has been issued.
Pursuant to this circular, all ministries, government departments and units are required to prepare and submit to GBD their detailed budgets for the years (2020-2022) within the determined ceilings no later than on 20th October, 2019. The drafts' budgets shall include the capital projects of governorates that adopted by the councils of governorates.
